Founder of the „Pinel PH“ psychiatric practice

Prof Jelena Mihaljev Martinov graduated at the Medical Faculty of Novi Sad, University of Novi Sad Serbia. She completed her specialization in neuropsychiatry at the Medical Faculty of Novi Sad, University of Novi Sad Serbia. She completed her subspecialization in the field of neurophysiology and epileptology at the Institute of mental health, Medical Faculty of Belgrade, University of Belgrade.

She is the founder of the division for treatment od Headaches and Reonecelography at the Institute of Psychiatry, Neurology and Mental Health, in the Clinical Center of Vojvodina, Novi Sad. She is a worldwide known expert in the field of EEG mapping and treatment od headaches and epileptology.

She spent a certain period during her education at the Institute pour Neuro-psychology, Hopital Pitie Salpetriere, Paris, France, as well at the Clinical Center Rebro, Zagreb, Croatia.

She is the author of a number of medical publications in national as well as international publications in the field of neuropsychiatry.

During his career, she was invited as a guest lecturer at several Medical Faculties –Paris, Linkoping, Upsala, Tubungen, Brussels . Furthermore she was a guest lecturer at international and national congresses in the field of Neuropsychiatry.

She was a vice-dean for specializations at the Medical Faculty of Novi Sad, University of Novi Sad, Serbia. She has received many professional and academical awards during her professional career.
